The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya has released prophetic statements about what we should expect in year 2019 both worldwide and in Nigeria.
Olukoya who released these prophesies at the church international headquarters, Lagos Nigeria during the cross-over service noted that plenty prayers are needed this year.
The Prophesies ( Worldwide)
1. 2019 is a year characterised by one word “strangeness”, to confront a strange year, pray strange prayers.
2. Year of cunning serpent, therefore everyone must pray for discernment spirit.
3. Year of reaping benefits.
4. Year of living a sacrificial lifestyle.
5. Year of Goliath-like enemies personally, nationally, and internationally.
6. Walking in God, believing His word, will yield dividends.
7. Is a year of positive strategic journey.
8. Is a year when God will raise up young rugged prophets and Evangelists.
9. A year that men of faith will rise and exploit.
10. Many women that have been written-off will conceive.
11. Fundamental key for accessing glory and breakthrough this year is sacrificial giving.
12. Sanitising angels will begin to give a dead blow on all sorts of sexual perversion.
13. Year of challenges but laid with wonderful and fantastic opportunities.
14. Spiritual development will not be a luxury or suggestion, but a necessity, been a spiritual will change your life, to have supernatural victories.
15. Ability to hear God clearly will yield dividends.
16. Year to pray one prayer which is “holy spirit come upon me, Power of the most high overshadow me”.
17. Strong believer should maintain their salt identity this year.
18. Is a year of great accomplishment by the law of obedience.
19. Many foundation wall of Jericho shall collapsed.
20. Great revival for servant leaders
21. Pray for believers in who live in harsh and anti-christians nations.
22. Year that barriers to people’s promised Land would be removed.
23. Wind of adversity blowing against people will shift in your favour.
24: those who love God should catch the fire of evangelism.
25. Year of God of suddenly.
26. Year that God will give double blessings.
27. Year of double reward, jugdment and blessing.
28. Shocking secrets will be revealed.
29. Great breakthrough for so many people.
30. Ready-made destruction for ritualists.
31. Prayers to avert life threatening disasters.
32. Serious prayers against the rage of water.
In Nigeria, the MFM General Overseer stated that we need to pray these prayers:
1. Every enemy of the peace of Nigeria be buried now.
2. Any power planning war against Nigeria should be scattered.
3. O glory of Nigeria, do not slumber, arise and shine.
4. O prince of peace, reign in Nigeria.
5. Angelic carpenter, arise in your fury break the horn of the enemies assigned against Nigeria.
6. God, Let the wickedness of the wicked expired in Nigeria.
7. Every agenda of terror in Nigeria, be dissolved by fire and let them destroy themselves.
8. God, let the coven of enemies become desolate.
9. Every agenda of darkness over Nigeria, be scattered.
Olukoya however listed some strategies for surviving year 2019 which are:
1. Observe regular fasting and prayer.
2. Try and learn how to hear from God yourself.
3. Repair your spiritual altar.
4. Surrender everything to the Lord, become His living sacrifice.
5. Work in the house of the Lord.
6. Be holy, practice unashamed holiness.
7. Pray the way you never prayed before.
8. Exhibit violence faith, give no room for anxiety.
9. Always declare yourself as a child of God wherever you are.
10. Learn to encourage yourself.
11. Focus on your strength and talent.
12. Anything you do, seek to achieve success.
13. Be a God pleaser, not People’s pleaser.
14. Set goals for your self and pursue them.
For MFM members, Olukoya prophesied that year 2019 is a year of supernatural ease and double honour, citing Isaiah 61: 7, Psalm 25: 13, and Ephesians 1: 3.
