The Labour Party (LP) candidate for the Owerri Federal Constituency in the forthcoming House of Representatives election, Dr. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, will on Friday, November 6, 2026, officially  flag off her campaign.

The event will take place at different locations in Owerri, Imo State.

The official opening of the Ada Owere Campaign Office is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at Akachi Bypass, Owerri.

This will be followed by the official flag-off of the Labour Party campaign for the Owerri Federal Constituency at 1:00 p.m. at All Saints Cathedral Church Field, Egbu.

The former Ondo First Lady who is popularly known as Ada Owere, is seeking election into the House of Representatives on the platform of the Labour Party.

The campaign is being promoted with the slogan, “Ada Owere: For Me, For You, and For All!”, reflecting her campaign message of inclusiveness and collective representation.

The two events are expected to formally herald her campaign activities in the constituency as she seeks the support of voters for her House of Representatives ambition.
