He extended appreciation to the entire APC structure at the ward, local government, and federal constituency levels for their unity, mobilization, and commitment to a transparent process. He also thanked the security agents and INEC officials for ensuring a peaceful and orderly exercise across the 23 wards.

“The trust you have placed in me is not taken for granted. I promise to justify this confidence through service, accessibility, and results that uplift every community in our constituency,” he said.

Dr. Daramola, who polled 6,547 votes to beat Hon. Prince Jimi Odimayo who polled 827 votes, acknowledged the participation of all aspirants. He called on them and their supporters to unite behind the party’s mandate, stating that the work ahead requires collective effort and focus on securing victory for the party in the 2027 general elections.

While reaffirming his unwavering loyalty and commitment to working with Governor Aiyedatiwa and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, Dr. Daramola pledged to translate that partnership into tangible results for Okitipupa and Irele. “My focus is clear: deliver quality representation, attract development to our communities, and serve every constituent with integrity and accessibility,” he said.
