The Artisans National Woman Leader and immediate past State President of the National Council of Women Societies, Dr. Jumoke Aborode, has congratulated and commended the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN ,CON , for the approval of Ondo deep sea port, describing it as timely.
Aborode affirmed that the approval of the seaport was the result of efforts, hardwork and persistence of the Governor , who had been making case for it since his assumption of office.
According to her, the development is a great opportunity for Artisans in the state and its environs, saying it would boost the State’s economy and make inter-state and international trading easier.
“The approval of the deep seaport is not by accident. It is based on the hardwork of the Governor. This will bring economic growth and development to the state. Display of Ondo State products and our agricultural products will be very easy to transport internationally “.
The Artisans National Woman Leader also commended the State Minister of Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye for his efforts towards the approval, saying; “Your success story will forever go a long way in Nigeria and Ondo State “.
Also speaking, the State Woman Leader of the Artisans group, Comrade Yemi Akeju, lauded the Governor’s giant stride for making Ondo indigenes proud by championing developmental projects in the state.
