Community leaders, Students, Teachers rejoice as Sen. Olajumoke donates block of classrooms in Idoani

It was a moment of celebration for community leaders, students and teachers of Social Primary School, Idoani, in Ose local government area of Ondo State, as a block of Three Classrooms donated by an Elder stateman and Philanthropist, Senator (Dr) Bode Olajumoke, was commissioned by officials of the state ministry of education.

According to the donor, he decided to donate a newly built structure when he was approached for renovation of the old dilapidated building of the school, which he said was the only primary school in a quarter of Idoani where his late mother partly related to.

“Last year, the only primary school in my late mother’s quarter in Idoani approached me for my intervention in rehabilitating their dilapidated block of classrooms. The school appealed to me to help rehabilitate a block of classrooms and on inspection found out it was easier to donate a completed new building. My mother is half Idoani”, says the Elder stateman.

The donated blocks of classroom was, therefore, named after his late Mother.

He was appreciated by stakeholders who graced the occasion, as they prayed him grace to touch more lives. While the event featured cultural dance display by pupils of the school.
