At the ongoing BEMORE Summer Bootcamp in Owerri, Imo State, the girls were trained how to make SOLAR OVEN.
They gradually started learning the basics of Solar Cooker. ASHDAM SOLAR officers put them through the process using explanatory video on how to make Solar Oven and they immediately put it into practice and built two Ovens.
Not everyone is aware of the existence of Solar Oven; BEMORE is exposing hidden potential and opportunities in our society.
Earlier in the day, the girls’ knowledge in Microsoft Powerpoint was improved upon as they each operated desktop computer to type their experiences in the camp.
After that, they proceeded to Art works in continuation of yesterday’s introduction to Art & Design. Today’s training witnessed drawing of different objects.
It was an evening of learning cake baking, as they rounded up today’s activities with CAKE BAKING. The session was handled by Instructor Brave Ogidan, who doubles as their dance instructor.
