World Cancer day: ODSG, BRECAN set to launch ‘Awareness for 21000’ project

It’s all set for the launch of Ondo Breast and Cervical Cancer project, tagged “Awareness for 21000″, as part of activities to mark year 2021 World Cancer day in Ondo State.

The event, to be organised by the State Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Breast Cancer Association of Nigeria BRECAN, a Non-governmental Organization founded by the wife of the governor, Arabinrin Betty-Anyanwu, will take place at the Rotunda environment of the Government house Alagbaka Akure, the state capital.

In compliance with the Covid-19 protocols, the programme, which would be graced by Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN is strictly by invitation.

In her short message of awareness ahead of the deal day, Arabinrin Betty-Anyanwu Akeredolu, a cancer diehard advocate reiterated her commitment to ensure a world free of breast and cervical cancer.
