The official presentation of the Staff of office to the new Olowo of Owo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Gbadegesin Ogunoye III has been described as a gateway to further developments in the ancient city.
The Chairman of the Governing Council of the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Mr Banji Alabi made the assertion in his congratulatory message to the new monarch.
Alabi stated that the emergence of Oba Gbadegesin at this time in Owo is a divine arrangement which has proven to be a best fit.
The RUGIPO Chairman urged the people of Owo to support the monarch in his quest to attract more developments to the town.
Alabi also thanked the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for making Owo an investor’s delight through his people oriented programmes
