The First Lady of Ondo State, Chief Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, has congratulated the national secretary of the Breast Cancer Association, BRECAN, Mrs. Folasade Aluko on her retirement from the public service.
Eulogising her personality during the retirement thanksgiving service, held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Vine pariah oke-ijebu Akure, on Wednesday, Mrs Akeredolu described Aluko as an amazing woman who had dedicated her life to serve humanity.

“I eulogise Sade that she worked well and ended well. Not many people are being able to jump up, so we should all be happy for her healthy life”.

The BRECAN Founder, who hinted that both herself and Aluko were public health professionals from the University of Ibadan, and advocates of breast cancer awareness, asserted that “She’s one of the backbones of BRECAN, both at the state and the national level.

“I have an amazing woman here seated, that has dedicated her life to serving humanity. Now that she’s retiring but not tired, she will share her time between the church and BRECAN. So BRECAN is going to have a greater chunk of her time and continue the work.

Celebrating her for the grace of a successful retirement, the Ondo First Lady prayed that she continued to see more years in good health.
