A report from Akure Specialist Hospital indicates that a woman whose identity is yet to be ascertained has allegedly tortured her four- year-old daughter to death.

The woman immediately escaped from the hospital after rushing the kid to the hospital last night.

Another account said it was the father of the kid that beat the girl to a state of coma before she gave up the ghost and the woman merely rushed the daughter to the hospital.

The woman also escaped with the kid’s corpse.

When contacted, the Police Spokesman in Ondo state, Mr Femi Joseph said the force had deployed its detective to the hospital for investigation.
