Barely a week when the wife of Ondo state governor, Mrs. Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu convened a stakeholders’ meeting to strategise against rape in the state, an ‘Enough is Enough’ rally against the evil act would start today in Akure.

The walk which is an advocacy move to curb rape, especially the increased in the rate of defilement of minors, will commence this morning by 7:30am at the Deji’s palace.

According to Mrs. Akeredolu, “War against rape has begun in Ondo State. Today, we march to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”

Mothers and passionate individuals are expected to participate in the march.
