The Ondo State Competition & Consumer Protection Agency (ODCCPA) hereby announces the commencement of mandatory registration of all businesses operating in Ondo State.

Registration is completely FREE and compulsory for all businesses operating within the state.

To allow businesses sufficient time to comply, the Agency is providing a one-month grace period from the date of this announcement. During this period, businesses are expected to complete their registration and obtain their official ODCCPA Registration ID and Certificate.

After the one-month grace period, the Agency will commence enforcement of compliance, and businesses that fail to register may be subject to sanctions and applicable fines in accordance with the law.
