Two policemen have been confirmed dead while Eight others were critically injured following a car crash along Oba-Ile road, Akure North local government area of Ondo state.

Eyewitness account narrated how the police Hilux Van somersaulted many times before it eventually hit the median of the road.

Ondo Police spokesman, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro and his FRSC counterpart, Omotola Ogungbawo confirmed the incident when contacted by newsmen.
