Hon. Princess Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole, former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Ondo State, heartily congratulates the newly elected State Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State following the successful conduct of the party’s state congress.
She particularly congratulates Hon. Kolawole Gabriel Babatunde – State Chairman; Olabamidele Olanubi – Deputy Chairman; Alex Kalejaiye – State Secretary; Barr. Olumide Michael Pinpaye – Assistant Secretary; Babalola Olutayo – State Legal Adviser; Tijani Mohammed Salau – Assistant Legal Adviser, alongside other distinguished members of the State Working Committee.
Hon. Omowunmi describes their emergence as a clear reflection of the confidence reposed in them by party leaders and faithful across the state. She notes that this new chapter presents an opportunity to reposition the party for greater unity, inclusiveness, and strategic grassroots mobilization.
The Akure Princess strongly advises the newly elected executives to work selflessly for the progress and advancement of the APC, ensuring that internal harmony, discipline, and transparency remain the guiding principles of their administration. According to her, the strength of the party lies in its ability to accommodate diverse interests while focusing on shared goals and collective success.
The former Commissioner further encourages the executives to deepen engagement with stakeholders at the ward and local government levels, promote youth and women participation in party affairs, and build a formidable structure capable of sustaining electoral victories. She emphasizes that loyalty to party ideals and consistent service to members will strengthen the APC’s position as a leading political force in Ondo State.
