JULY MONTHLY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION EXERCISE

The July edition of the monthly environmental sanitation exercise will hold across Ondo State this saturday.

In line with the directive of the Hon. Commissioner for Environment, Dr Tob Loko, the exercise is with restriction of vehicular and human movement between the hours of 7 and 10 in the morning.

A statement by the General Manager, Ondo State Waste Management Authority, Mr Omowole Adefolaju, urges residents of the state to take advantage of the period to clean up their surroundings.

Mr Omowole insists that anyone found engaging in other activities during the environmental hour would be arrested and prosecuted accordingly.

He assures residents of Ondo State of the present administration’s commitment towards a clean and disease- free Ondo State.
