..calls on Nigerian government to declare state of emergency on indiscipline in his yuletide message

Indiscipline breeds corruption, says Mr. Moyosola Niran-Oladunni, the Group Managing Director of CUBEGROUP, as he urged the government of Nigeria to declare a state of emergency on indiscipline if the country is to experience the desired development.

This advice was contained in his yuletide message to Nigerians, which was made available to journalists.

According to him, indiscipline, which is synonymous with corruption, cuts across all sectors. He added that if individuals demonstrate a reasonable level of discipline in their day-to-day activities, the level of corruption would decrease. He said: “It is indiscipline that breeds corruption. Corruption doesn’t have any other meaning outside of indiscipline.”

“The government should focus more on declaring a state of emergency on indiscipline across the board. The level of indiscipline in Nigeria is pathetic. It cuts across the board, and until we are able to address the level of indiscipline in Nigeria and amongst Nigerians, we may not have a solution to corruption,” he added.

He wishes Nigerian Christians a joyful Christmas celebration and a prosperous New Year, while urging for moderation and caution in the celebrations.
