A constellation of dignitaries, legal experts, celebrities, and royal fathers gathered in Nigeria’s capital on Saturday, July 28, 2024, to celebrate the 60th birthday of the esteemed legal luminary and founder of SamMaris University (SMU), Barrister Sam Tomisin Ologunorisa, SAN.

The event was chaired by the Honorable Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Lateef Fagbemi. It was supported by the Head of Service of the Federation, her husband, and numerous senior advocates of Nigeria.

HRM Oba (Dr.) Yusuf Adebori Adeleye OON, the Olubaka and Paramount Ruler of Oka Akoko, Ondo State, graced the occasion as the royal father of the day.

He was accompanied by his regaled Olori Adejumoke Adeleye, representing the royal crowns of Akoko and Ondo State.

The Olubaka, in his remarks, congratulated the Celebrant and commended his humble, brilliant forage in the legal profession and pursuit of internal progress of humanity.

The celebration also saw the presence of notable celebrities, the likes of the publisher of Ovation International Magazine, adding to the grandeur of the event.
