The Idogun market square in the Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State witnessed a significant development on Friday, July 19, 2024.

The Flitchers Trade Timber Organization, Idogun unit, led by Mr. David Agidi, laid the foundation for three lock-up shops and an office.

The foundation-laying ceremony was attended by the Onidogun of Idogun land, Oba Moses Adedayo Bakare, who serves as the patron of the association, and Mr. Kunle Agbayewa, one of the association’s leaders.

The chairman of the association stated that this project aims to contribute to the community’s development.

Mr. Agidi highlighted that this initiative was inspired by the efforts of some sons and daughters of Idogun, who assembled under the umbrellas of Idogun Development Association and the Idogun United Association, which have been instrumental in executing various developmental projects in the community.

He emphasized that this project is a way for the Flitchers Association members to give back to their community, with plans to undertake more projects upon completing the current ones.
