The Commander, Ondo State Security Network, Akogun Adetunji Adeleye has confirmed that eight kidnapped persons along Owo/Ose axis have escaped from their abductors.

Adeleye disclosed that personnel of Police Anti Kidnapping, Amotekun Corps in conjunction with the Nigeria Army are on the kidnapper’s trail in Owo/Ose axis to ensure that remaining victims are released.

About 18 choristers of CAC Oke-Igan, Akure were reportedly kidnapped yesterday evening, at Molege area of Ose local government of Ondo State, while traveling to Ifon the headquarters of Ose , for a burial ceremony of the parent of the church’s Principal Organist.
