Nigeria records 1244 new cases of COVID-19 as at yesterday evening bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 101,331, with
80,491 patients discharged.

Out of the new cases, Lagos State has 774, followed by the
Federal Capital Territory-125,
Plateau-102, Anambra-47, and Ondo-46.

Other affected states are Rivers-27, Edo-18, Kaduna-16, Ogun-16, Gombe-16, Bauchi-11, Kano-11, Nasarawa-10, Akwa Ibom-7, Sokoto-7, Borno-5, Ekiti-4, and Zamfara-2.

The total number of deaths is 1,361.
