A member of the Bauchi State House of Assembly representing Baraza Dass constituency, Honouroble Musa Mante has been reportedly killed by unknown gunmen.

The report revealed that those gunmen who are suspected to be hired assassins killed Mante on Thursday night at his residence in Dass.

The suspected hired assassins invaded his residence at the late hours of the night, while his wife was reportedly abducted by the gunmen.

He had tested positive for COVID-19 some weeks ago and was recuperating at home.
