The Ondo State Police command has debunked the information flying on social media that the command has gotten a new Commissioner of Police.

Information on the social media says that one Mr. Bolaji Salami has been appointed by the Inspector General of Police to replace the current CP Undie Adie.

The State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Tee Leo Ikoro described such information as a rumour emanating from the social media platforms.

He said: “For now, it’s rumours only the social media platforms can define”.
