The Special Assistant Ondo State Governor on Multimedia, Mr. Olugbenga Asade over the weekend donated food items, washing hand buckets and nose masks to resident of Lafe community in Akure South Local Government Area of the State as palliative to cushion the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Presenting the items, Asade, who was in company with some of his staffs said the donation was to ameliorate the suffering of the vulnerable ones in the community.

After sharing the items, he urged the people to remain law-abiding by using the nose masks and adhere strictly to the stay-at-home directive of the government in order to assist government prevent the spread of the virus.

The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude with the gesture of the governor’s aide and thanked him for remembering them.
