Appeal Court declares Olujimi winner of Ekiti South Senatorial district

The court of appeal sitting in Kaduna has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Senator Biodun Olujimi as winner of the Ekiti South Senatorial District election.

The court upheld the judgment of the high court which nullified the victory of Prince Dayo Adeyeye.

The court consequently ordered INEC to issue certificate of return to Olujimi.
