A federal high court of justice sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital, has sacked Hon. Bode Ayorinde as the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) candidate, for Owo/Ose federal constituency in the forthcoming general elections.

The court, however confirmed Arch. Sadiq Obanoyen as the authentic PDP candidate.

It would be recalled that during the party primary elections held on October 2018, Arc Sadiq Oluwole Obanoyen emerged winner with 107 votes, Hon.Bode Ayorinde came second with 73 votes while
Dr. Toyin Abitoye scored 54 votes.

It was therefore a shocking news when Ayorinde was given the mandate by the leadership of the party, a decision which Obaboyen challenged by seeking justice.
