The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, was on Thursday celebrated by party members and supporters as he marked his birthday.
Members of the State Working Committee, alongside other party faithful, described Adetimehin as a visionary leader whose contributions have strengthened the progressive movement in the state.
Adetimehin, who hails from Idanre, began his political career as Special Assistant on Youths and Union Matters to the late Governor, Chief Adebayo Adefarati. Over the years, he has served in different capacities within the progressive family, including State Treasurer and Deputy State Chairman, before becoming the State Chairman of the APC.
In a congratulatory message released by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Mr. Alex Kalejaye, Adetimehin was praised for his loyalty, commitment, and political acumen.
“To the opposition, he is a formidable tactician, but within the APC, he has consistently worked to foster unity and cohesion. He remains a bridge builder who is conversant with developments across every ward in the state,” the statement reads.
The party also prayed for the celebrant’s continued good health and long life, describing him as one of the pillars of the APC in Ondo State.
