The Voice of Women Empowerment (VOW) Foundation has announced the commencement of nominations for the VOW2025 Awards, aimed at recognising individuals and organisations making significant contributions to the empowerment of women and families across Nigeria.

The awards seek to spotlight “sheroes and heroes” in local communities—men, women, and organisations breaking barriers and advancing gender equity, family-friendly initiatives, and innovative solutions to societal challenges.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Woman of the Year

Gender-Balance Empowering Company

Social Innovation Award

Family-Focused Organization

Government Agency Supporting Women & Families

Civil Society Organization Supporting Women & Families


According to the foundation, the initiative is designed to celebrate those leading positive change, whether by empowering women, promoting gender balance, or implementing solutions that support Nigerian families.
