The death has been announced of Engr. Pastor Samuel Olufemi Morakinyo, aged 85 years.

Late Engr. Morakinyo who died in the early hours of Monday, August 5, 2024, was the father-in-law to the immediate past CAN Chairman, Ondo State and incumbent Chairman of Bible Society of Nigeria(BSN), Ondo Area 1, Rev’d Dr. John Ayo Oladapo.

A German-trained mechanical engineer, Pastor Morakinyo worked with some automobile companies in Nigeria before he established his our company in Akure.

He was a devout Christian, passionate evangelist,  loving husband and father.

He is survived by his wife, Evangelist Margaret Oluwamayomikun Morakinyo, a retired civil servant and Administrative Secretary of Christian Welfare Board, Ondo State, Children including Pastor Dr Esther Olajumoke Ayo-Oladapo, and grand Children.

Burial arrangements will be announced later.
