She helped the attendees realize that one shouldn’t have an impact on another.
Additionally, she said this workshop will give women the coping mechanisms they need to reach their full potential and successfully carry out motherhood’s obligations.

Esere has a prestigious lectureship with years of expertise as a researcher and scholar and has numerous publications on stress management, marriage stability, and counseling.
Professor M.O. Esere handled the subject matter expertly, with a presentation that demonstrated her extensive understanding of the subject matter.
Professor M.O Esere took the participants through the concept of clarification, balancing career and home, steps to achieving work-family balance and left great thoughts for the participants.

She provided 7 steps to maximizing the role of mother and being a career woman simultaneously.
Among the highlighted
steps are having mentor, setting of priorities and boundaries, delegates where necessary, growing a strong support system, practicing self-care, unplugging from social media, and prioritizing health.
Professor M.O. Esere placed a strong emphasis on fostering a positive environment and facilitating homes where spouses and children can develop.
She also helped the participant realise that, in any situation, the
husband is the leader of the household, thus a mother (or wife) should always have a listening ear in addition to being tactful with their words and gestures when there is disagreement or strife.

Furthermore, Professor M.O Esere told the participants that “ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING”.
She left the participants with amazing and powerful words and statements “ watch your THOUGHT for they
become WORDS, watch your WORDS for they become ACTIONS, watch your ACTION for they
become HABIT, watch your HABITS for they become CHARACTER and watch your CHARACTER for it becomes YOUR DESTINY.”
It was a great, interactive, insightful, and inspiring session as many lessons were learnt.
The programme director, Mr. Sodiq Ajala thanked the participants for their stimulating conversation and appreciated Professor M.O. Esere immensely for her valuable time.
To achieve women’s participation in the technology sector, he urged the participants to be positive,
