The 2021 set of the BEMORE Summer Bootcamp for Girls naija in Imo State are currently undergoing leadership training for the day four of the two weeks programme.

The girls had earlier participated in the early morning fitness exercise, aerobics, and now receiving lecture on how to become good leaders; as making them becoming captains of industries, and Policy makers in the future were part of the vision of the summer bootcamp aside skills acquisition opportunity.

It sounds good to the ear that the leadership session is being handled by a BEMORE Ambassador, Miss Kate Anderson who also passed through the University of Life in 2018, where she was equipped with confidence to face the public through which she went back to her institution of learning and participated in the Students Union Election.

They would after this proceed to ICT training, menstrual hygiene and how to make reusable sanitary pad, and other skills.

The founder of the initiative, Chief Betty-Anyanwu Akeredolu who visited the venue of the Programme, advised them to emulate the Lecturer by being good ambassadors of BEMORE and serve as stakeholders in subsequent summer bootcamp.

The girls were divided into Team Capable and Team Efficient where they made presentations on qualities of a good Leader to the First Lady.

She encouraged them on self-confidence for public speaking, noting that through actions, leadership trait would be discovered in someone.
