…dissolves Task Force on Farmers Registration

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Margaret Atere as his Senior Special Assistant on Women Affairs and three other women.

According to the Press State released by Mr Segun Ajiboye,
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, their appointment is with immediate effect.

He appointed the following women as his Senior Special Assistants on Women Mobilization.

They are

  1. Chief (Mrs.) Akeju- Northern Senatorial District
  2. Mrs. Ronke Ojo- Central Senatorial District
  3. Mrs. Morenike Alaka- Southern Senatorial District.

“Arakunrin Akeredolu congratulates the appointee as she joins the governor to further push forward the efforts aimed at developing the state”. Says the statement.

Also, the governor today dissolved the Task Force on Farmers Registration with immediate effect.

Members of the dissolved Task Force are therefore advised to handover government’s property in their possession to the Honorable Commissioner for Agriculture.

The Governor expresses his appreciation to members of the Task Force for their service to the State.

According to Ajiboye, the new Task Force will be constituted in due course.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Lanre Oyelade has been appointed as a part-time member of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
She replaces Mrs. Ronke Ojo on the board of SUBEB.

The Governor congratulates the new appointees and wishes them success in their new assignments.
