The Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Akure the Ondo State capital, has adjourned the arraignment of the randy soldier who raped the 300 level student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, to Friday.
The Police brought the suspect to the magistrate court 3 Oke-Eda Akure this morning with an application to remand him in prison custody.
The Investigating Police Officer, IPO, Inspector Segun Adeoye told the court that he has two applications to tender before the court.
