The wife of Ondo state governor, Mrs. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has disclosed that her curiosity to be one of the energy generating change- agents, led to the BEMORE girls initiative where about 1,000 girls have been trained in Solar Technology and Information Communication Technology in the state.

She made this known during an interactive session with media team from the office of the SSA to the President on SDGs at the government’s house ground Alagbaka Akure.

According to her, some years back, she had undergone a training in Solar Technology in Ijebu-Ode where she developed her passion for energy generation, considering the level of maltreatment Nigerians receive from the Power Generating companies in the country.
